12-week year Goals planner notion template with cottagecore aesthetic

This template is designed to help guide you through reflecting your previous year, to creating your vision board and reviewing your life. It also takes you through setting your long term, yearly and quarterly goals, and eventually to habit tracker and quarterly/weekly/monthly reviews.

This template uses the 12-week year method. Thinking of the year as 52 weeks, you break it down in quarters. When we think of the year as 365 days, it’s easy to be feel complacent because we feel we have plenty of time to reach our goal. Focusing on shorter time frames forces you to act with urgency. It also let’s you refresh your mindset every 3 months.

Divided in 3 different sections:
Reflection: this is focused on looking back on your current life, and to imagine what your dream life would be. It’s also to look at your areas of life to see which areas you want to work on, as well as setting some long term goals.

Yearly goal setting: This is where go smaller and focus on this year. We’ll reflect on what we want to achieve this year and set our yearly goals, then break them down into quarterly/12 weeks chunks.

Tracking/review: This is where you will track all your goals. There is a habit tracker if your goal needs a habit change/upkeep, and we also have some quarterly reviews to keep us accountable, and then a nice end of year review to tie everything into a bow.

This template is designed to be used for more than a year, you can keep adding to your long term and short term goals.
